Winsome Group is looking for a confident and result oriented Sales Manager for its Patna operations. The role is suitable for a real estate sales professional who can manage customer enquiries, drive quality site visits, build trust with prospects and convert qualified leads into bookings.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Patna real estate market, good customer handling skills and the ability to work with both direct customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales for assigned residential and commercial projects in Patna.
- Handle leads received through digital campaigns, walk ins, referrals, direct enquiries and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and guide them through enquiry, site visit, negotiation and booking.
- Present project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans and documentation process clearly.
- Conduct site visits and ensure a professional, well coordinated customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners and local referral networks.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through disciplined lead management and closure planning.
Desired Profile- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong understanding of Patna property market and customer behaviour.
- Proven experience in lead conversion, site visit management and sales closure.
- Good broker and channel partner network will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Target driven, disciplined and comfortable with daily reporting.
