We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client handling, and team management. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance through effective leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Handle client meetings, interactions, and follow-ups to ensure successful deal closures.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Assist in creating sales strategies in collaboration with the management to meet business objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure a smooth client experience and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-6 years in sales and team handling, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 6 days a week, including weekends (fixed weekly off on a weekday).
- Should possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (preferred).
