WEVOW is Hiring: Sales Manager (Retail & Wholesale)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can manage teams, drive revenue, and improve overall sales performance across multiple locations.
With 4 stores across Durganagar (Wholesale), Bangur Avenue, Ballygunge, and Kanchrapara, this role requires someone who can lead, strategize, and deliver consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and improve sales performance across all stores
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue
• Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and optimise performance
• Enhance customer experience and conversion rates
• Identify new growth opportunities in retail & wholesale
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in garments/ethnic wear preferred
Job Details:
📍 Locations: Durganagar (Wholesale), Bangur Avenue, Ballygunge, Kanchrapara
⏰ 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Saturday (Sunday Off)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 + Incentives
