Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for Wavefuel’s Lighthouse platform — from prospecting and discovery to solution design, demos, negotiation, and closure.
- Drive revenue growth by selling complex IoT + AI-driven solutions across industries such as manufacturing, e-mobility, smart infrastructure, and utilities.
- Build and execute strategic account plans for large enterprises and OEM partners.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Solution Selling & Customer Engagement
- Lead consultative, value-based selling by understanding customer operations, infrastructure, and inefficiencies.
- Translate customer pain points into tailored IoT architectures using Lighthouse (device connectivity, analytics, rule engine, dashboards, AI automation).
- Conduct high-impact product demos and workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
- Engage with CXOs, Plant Heads, Operations Leaders, and CTOs to position Wavefuel as a digital transformation partner.
Pipeline Development & Market Expansion
- Build and maintain a strong 3x+ pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, industry events, and strategic networking.
- Collaborate with marketing on GTM campaigns, case studies, and industry positioning.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Support POCs, pilot deployments, and technical discussions during pre-sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 - 4 years of direct B2B sales experience in the enterprise or mid-market segment , preferably within SAAS, IOT platforms.
- Proven track record of closing high value deals.
- Demonstrated success in consultative and value-based selling to organizations with 200+ employees.
- Strong expertise in negotiation, ROI justification, and executive-level communication . Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and sales enablement platforms .
- Bachelors degree in Business, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
