Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy, building relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business targets. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, monitoring performance, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong collaboration with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.

- Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
- Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Market Research skills
- Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and Staff Development expertise
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Real Estate or a related industry is highly desirable
