Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed wedding closures. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, the ability to handle high-value clients, and proven expertise in closing deals.
The candidate will work on pre-qualified leads and will be expected to drive the entire sales cycle - from understanding client requirements and presenting suitable options to negotiation and final closure.
This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on revenue generation and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert qualified inbound leads into confirmed wedding closures
Drive end-to-end sales closure on assigned leads (no cold calling)
Understand client requirements (budget, destination, guest count, preferences) and recommend suitable wedding venues and hospitality options
Accompany clients for hotel and venue visits as part of the consultation and sales process
Present venue options with detailed costing and value proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and venue partners for business development and commercial coordination
Own revenue targets and consistently achieve conversion goals
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients and venue partners
Handle high-value client interactions and close deals independently
Understand client requirements thoroughly and drive successful deal closures through effective consultation and negotiation
Coordinate internally with operations and vendor teams for seamless execution handover
Maintain and manage sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions
