Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in industrial or technology solution sales to drive business growth in the South India region. The role involves selling RFID / RTLS / IoT-based solutions to manufacturing, warehouse, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
- Build pipeline across key industrial clusters such as Chennai, Bangalore, Hosur, Coimbatore, Sriperumbudur, and Hyderabad
- Identify and penetrate manufacturing and industrial accounts
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through field visits, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and network development
- Maintain a strong and consistent sales funnel
Solution Selling
- Understand customer challenges such as asset tracking, WIP visibility, yard management, and worker safety
- Pitch RTLS solutions in a consultative manner
- Conduct on-site demos and presentations
POC Execution and Conversion
- Drive Proof of Concepts at customer locations
- Coordinate with internal teams for deployment
- Convert POCs into full-scale deployments
Sales Closure and Ownership
- Manage the complete sales cycle from first meeting to closure
- Handle commercial discussions and negotiations
- Achieve revenue targets
Relationship Management
- Build relationships with Plant Heads, Operations teams, and Digital/Industry 4.0 stakeholders
Candidate Profile
3–6 years of B2B sales experience in: RFID / IoT / RTLS / Industrial Automation / AIDC / SaaS solutions
Strong understanding of enterprise or industrial sales
Experience in handling manufacturing or warehouse clients is preferred
Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in RFID / IoT / Barcode / Industrial Automation solutions
- Candidates based in Tamil Nadu or South India
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred
