We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to build & scale a high-performing outbound sales team at BharatPayroll. If you have experience in SaaS / HRMS / Payroll sales and love owning revenue targets, this role is for you!
🔹 Lead & manage a team (SDRs + AEs)

🔹 Own full sales cycle: Lead → Demo → Closure
🔹 Coach team on closing & objection handling
