The Role
As our primary Sales Representative in Bhubaneswar, you will be the face of Bridgeyu. You won’t just be following a script; you will be designing the playbook. You will identify opportunities, navigate complex stakeholders, and travel to client sites to demonstrate the value of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Architecture: Build and optimize a repeatable sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
On-Site Pitching: Travel to potential client locations to deliver persuasive, high-stakes presentations and product demos.
Pipeline Management: Proactively source leads and manage the full sales funnel within the Bhubaneswar region and beyond.
Relationship Building: Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and tailoring Bridgeyu’s SaaS offerings to their needs.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to the product team based on real-world objections and client requirements.
What We’re Looking For
SaaS Expertise: You have a solid grasp of software-as-a-service business models and can translate technical features into business value.
The "Hunter" Mentality: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a territory from zero.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to command a room during an in-person pitch.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar (BBSL), with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
