Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Ludhiana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and providing tailored material handling solutions. Key responsibilities include leading sales activities, achieving revenue targets, preparing sales strategies, and collaborating with the service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with key stakeholders and the ability to analyze market trends to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and create effective Sales Strategies
- Experience in the material handling or machinery industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana with a focus on customer visits across assigned territories
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English, Punjabi, and/or Hindi is a plus
