Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Construction Sales Manager based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Vinra Group's diverse business divisions. You will focus on developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and preparing detailed sales reports. In addition, you will collaborate with other teams to ensure client requirements are met with timely and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Constructiion Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, pipeline management, and target achievement.
- Minimum 3 years of individual construction sales managing experience.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Leadership and Team Management abilities to guide and motivate sales teams
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Reporting software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions
- Relevant experience in sectors such as real estate, construction, or interiors is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
