Veranda Highered is hiring for Sales /Sr Sales Manager
Location - Gurgaon, Onsite
Notice - 1 week to 10 days
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage a team of Admission Counsellors to achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
- Drive both inbound and outbound sales activities to maximize conversions for certification and degree programs.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, training, and feedback sessions to improve productivity.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversion rates.
- Ensure proper CRM management and maintain accurate data for all leads, interactions, and closures.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure a seamless enrolment process.
- Analyze sales metrics and share actionable insights with leadership for business improvement.
- Support counsellors in high-value closures through mentoring and joint calls when required.
- Generate and manage referrals through alumni and existing student networks.
- Uphold brand values and ensure a student-first approach across all touchpoints.
Who Should Apply
Must-Haves:
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, along with team handling ( higher education).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a sales or counselling team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good to Have:
- Experience in executive education, online degree programs, or certification sales.
- Exposure to EdTech startups or high-growth organizations.
- Understanding of digital marketing and lead conversion funnels.
