Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager Sr Manager based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets. Core responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, tracking performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across departments to improve services and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2C EdTech sales, with a strong focus on selling higher education programs.
- Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Performance Tracking
- Experience in Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Training
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the education or ed-tech industry is a strong advantage
