Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jaipur. As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing sales team, identifying growth opportunities, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role also involves data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy, planning, and execution within the financial services or housing finance sectors.
- Skills in team management, leadership, and fostering high performance amongst sales teams.
- Strong data analysis, market research, and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Work experience or familiarity with the housing finance domain and financial inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
