Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager – Tie-ups who can build and scale institutional partnerships across clubs, academies, schools, and organizations. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role with direct influence on revenue and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive market research on potentional Institutional / Club tie-ups.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, coaches, and key influencers
- Drive revenue growth from both new and existing tie-ups.
- Manage and nurture long-term partnerships with a strong focus on retention
- Ensure a premium customer experience across all partner interactions
Key Requirements:
- Strong negotiation & persuasion skills (deal-closer mindset)
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and activations
- Prior experience in B2B / institutional sales is a plus (sports industry preferred)
