Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Raipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating and closing deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns to drive growth in the machinery sector.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills: Proven expertise in managing the sales pipeline, identifying potential leads, converting prospects to clients, and exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship management: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Business development: Experience in identifying market opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and expanding market presence.
- Communication and presentation skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in conducting presentations and providing client consultations.
- Leadership and teamwork: Capability to lead and mentor a sales team, coordinate across departments, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking: Comfortable analyzing situations, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to drive excellent results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant industry experience is preferred.
