Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives, develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies. Responsibilities also include leading the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports for performance tracking. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to expand customer reach and market presence.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strategic planning and experience in developing successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the pest control or related service industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
