Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets within the battery formation and power systems industry. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and preparing detailed sales reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Knowledge of battery formation, power systems, or industrial equipment is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
