Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team, oversee client acquisition, and foster partnerships with financial institutions. Responsibilities include identifying and developing customer leads, building and maintaining long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to fulfill customer financing needs effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and effective communication
- Experience in sales, business development, and negotiation
- Understanding of the financial sector, especially in loans and mortgage solutions
- Ability to analyze market trends and drive sales performance
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
