Role Description
We are hiring a full-time International Sales Manager, based remotely in India.
This role will focus on helping Uphead grow its business across international markets, especially in the Middle East. You will be responsible for bringing in new opportunities for our consulting services, custom software work, digital transformation projects, and our own products like Mill Mitra, Karigar, and Qonverta.
This is an important role for us because you will be one of the first people helping shape the sales function. You will not be stepping into a fully built machine. You will help create that machine.
That means setting up and running outreach through email, WhatsApp, and cold calling, building the pipeline, creating structure, and helping us figure out what a strong sales engine should look like as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to new prospects and generate business opportunities across international markets
- Build and manage sales channels such as email, WhatsApp, and cold calling
- Start conversations with founders, business owners, and decision-makers
- Lead discovery calls, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and moving
- Work closely with the internal team to match the right solution to the client’s needs
- Help build the sales function over time as the business grows
