Sales Partner, Advertising Solutions Gurugram | Mumbai | Bengaluru Full-Time (In-Office)

Role Overview
We are looking for high-performing Sales Managers with a strong background in Digital Advertising Sales. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance-driven platforms, retail commerce ecosystems, and programmatic buying and selling. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive landscape.
What You’ll Work On
This role is for someone who gets the digital media space and is hungry to drive growth. You’ll work closely with top-tier clients and global platforms to open doors, close deals, and scale impact.
- Build Leads and pitch to media agencies and direct advertisers across categories
- Work with partners to create GTM strategies for their platform offerings in India
- Own and drive sales across Digital Display, Native, Biddable, CTV and DOOH ad formats
- Drive monthly quarterly and yearly quota’s for your business
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver strategic solutions that drive ROI
- Maintain and grow your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with the internal solutions team to craft proposals and media plans
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery against KPIs and optimize results.
- Following Sales techniques like Challenger Sales, ABC, AIDA, SPANCO to build efficiency, transparency and scale for the book of business you handle
- Stay on top of market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to help the team win
- Have a lot of fun while doing all of the above
Must Haves We’re Looking For
- 2-6 years of experience in digital ad sales
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, programmatic buying, platform sales and retail commerce is a must
- Understanding the mechanics of lower funnel and upper funnel campaigns
- A Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- An excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships
- Hustlers with the skill to adapt on the fly
- A closer who can own the room and the follow-up
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients, timelines, and priorities
- Communicate clearly, negotiate smartly, and think commercially
- Self-driven, outcome-focused, and plays well with teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with leading ad-tech platforms or retail media networks
- Strong academic background from reputed institutions
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
