Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Unified Infosystems is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing effective sales strategies, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor the sales team, oversee the sales pipeline, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in client relationship management, account management, and business development
- Strong understanding of IT services, including network solutions, security solutions, and SD-WAN technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Leadership and teamwork skills to effectively manage and motivate sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in the IT or technology services sector is a strong advantage
