About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our lead generation and brand expansion efforts. Our consultancy specializes in high-ticket financial solutions and has been working in this industry for more than 9 years. We have successfully completed lead volumes of more than INR 18 billion, and this role is specifically focused on penetrating the SME Business Loan segment (Ticket Size: INR 50L – 200L) through NBFC and banking partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B performance sales and channel partner management within the Delhi-NCR market.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Partner Networking: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of Chartered Accountants (CAs), CS, Advocates and Tax Consultants to build a robust referral pipeline.
- Market Analysis: Identify key industrial clusters in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram, meeting with clients directly to secure new business.
- Brand Positioning: Develop high-impact sales collateral, including pitch decks, brochures, and digital content that communicates our expertise in high-ticket loan syndication.
- Team Management: Directly handle and mentor the sales team to ensure individual and collective targets are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and credit teams to ensure sales efforts align with the credit parameters and specific client profiles of our partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically in Business Loans, LAP, SME Lending, Purchase Invoice Discounting, and Sales Invoice Discounting.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of lending processes, financial documents (ITR/GST), and SME credit behaviour.
- Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools to track pipeline and conversions.
- Networking: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network with financial professionals and business owners.
- Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
