Role Overview
We are hiring a manager – Corporate Sales (B2B Sales / Key Account Management) to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The role requires strong expertise in client acquisition, business development, and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B Sales, Business Development, and Corporate Client Acquisition
- Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Manage Key Accounts and Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Understand client needs and deliver customized visa and travel solutions
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and KPI metrics
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline management, forecasting, and MIS reporting
- Participate in corporate events, industry networking, and business meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Negotiation, and Closing Deals
- Experience in Key Account Management & Client Retention
- Knowledge of Visa Services, Travel Industry, or Corporate Services (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM Tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
