Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel industry, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving set sales targets. The role also involves mentoring and managing a sales team to maximize productivity and success while ensuring alignment with TripzyGo’s vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Travel Sales Planning, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
- Expertise in Client Relationship Management, Networking, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Leadership experience, including managing and motivating sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in the travel or technology industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
