Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a sales team. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs. Regularly engaging with customers to understand their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Leadership and Team Management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Market Research and Strategic Planning capabilities
- Strong understanding of industrial measurement instruments and related technical knowledge
- Customer Relationship Management skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the industrial equipment or measurement solutions sector is highly desirable
