Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and meeting revenue targets. They will oversee client communications, manage the sales process, analyze market trends, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals. Collaboration with marketing and other teams to identify business opportunities will also be a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
· Drive sales for residential projects and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
· Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, and site visits professionally
· Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company policies
· Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for smooth closures
· Manage and support channel partners and brokers
· Maintain accurate sales reports and customer data
· Build long-term relationships with customers and investors
Eligibility & Requirements:
· 3–10 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Target-driven and customer-focused approach
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Graduation/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
