Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Kolkata location. The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, conducting performance reviews, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall organizational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, motivation, and leadership.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in market research, financial products, and industry-specific regulations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends for targeted business growth.
- Working knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and mutual fund products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
