Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing sales pitches and proposals, managing contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development
- Ability to develop compelling sales pitches and proposals, coupled with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry sales and hotel operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software tools and the ability to analyze sales data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
