Objective:
- Lead, strategize, and drive the overall business growth of the branch in the B2B segment across wires, FMEG, and electrical solutions. Establish the branch as a high performance business unit through strong institutional sales leadership, strategic customer acquisition, channel excellence, and full P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual business plans, targets, and growth strategies for institutional and project-based sales.
- Drive revenue in corporate, institutional, OEM, EPC, government, and large project segments.
- Monitor business performance through MIS, forecasting, sales funnel reviews, and ROI analysis.
- Acquire and manage high-value accounts: builders, architects, consultants, EPC contractors, industries, and government departments.
- Lead negotiations for pricing, trade terms, credit structures, and long-term agreements.
- Build strategic alliances with influencers, specifiers, and project decision-makers.
- Oversee sales, commercial operations, logistics, collections, service, branch administration, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure best-in-class project execution, delivery timelines, order management, and customer communication.
Experience & Qualification:
- 15+ years in B2B Sales within Wires, FMEG, Electrical Products, Consumer Durables, Building Materials, Industrial Solutions, or allied industries.
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/branch management role with full P&L or business unit responsibility.
- B.Tech/B.E(Any Discipline).
- MBA/PGDM preferred (Sales / Marketing / Operations).
- Proven success in institutional sales, project management, specification sales, and key account management.
