🔎What We’re Looking For:
✔3–10 years of experience in Agency Sales / Life Insurance Sales
✔Strong exposure to advisor recruitment, training, and distribution development
✔Ability to drive New Business Premium (NBP) growth and maintain product mix
✔Experience in managing advisor engagement, retention, and performance reviews
✔Strong stakeholder management and team coaching capabilities
✔Understanding of compliance processes, renewal collections, and business quality metrics
🎓Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
⏳Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Preferred
📍Location: Mumbai
