Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Morbi. The Sales Manager will oversee domestic and international sales activities, manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth for the tiles portfolio. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, preparing proposals, and coordinating pricing and terms with internal teams. The role involves close collaboration with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, as well as tracking market trends and competitors. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and guiding the sales team, setting performance targets, and reporting on sales metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Account management and customer relationship skills to maintain long-term partnerships and handle key clients.
- Market analysis and strategic planning abilities to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.
- Team leadership and people management skills to coach, motivate, and evaluate sales staff.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in en_US and, ideally, additional regional or international languages.
- Experience in building materials, ceramics, or related manufacturing and export industries is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for sales reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Morbi and travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits.
