Key Responsibilities
- Identify and actively pursue strategic partnership opportunities to grow the organization’s business portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to support long-term business expansion.
- Generate new business prospects through market research, networking, and lead identification.
- Travel across assigned territories to meet clients and strengthen professional relationships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to negotiate and successfully close business deals.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B business development or a related domain.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle (preferably a two-wheeler) is desirable.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within the Pune region.
- Experience engaging with CXOs and senior decision-makers through presentations, discussions, or proposals is mandatory.
