I’m looking for a Business Development Manager for our Gurgaon centre.
Someone who is smart, driven, and genuinely enjoys talking to customers and solving problems.
Someone who can own targets, build strong relationships, and move fast.
We are a young, high-growth company trying to fix a very messy industry — home construction.
If you enjoy building things from scratch (literally and figuratively), you’ll love working with us.
A few things about the role:
• Full-time, on-site in Gurgaon
• You’ll work directly with the founding team
• You’ll have a lot of autonomy
• You’ll also have a lot of responsibility
• Performance-based growth is real and fast here
