Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Siddhartha Vihar (Opposite Noida Sector 63). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by developing and implementing strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes managing a team of sales associates, analysing sales trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Sales Manager will actively engage with clients to offer tailored design solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management in Home Interiors Industry
- Strategic Planning and Business Development skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting
- Knowledge of interior design or creative industry is a plus
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
