Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Kochi. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Daily responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and working collaboratively with marketing and other departments to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and identifying revenue growth opportunities
- Strong people skills, with experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Analytics methodologies
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in media, publishing, or finance industries is a plus
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
