Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, engage in client relationship management, and actively work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing sales operations, identifying new market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales Manager will also provide support to the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns aimed at driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in Client Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Market Analysis and Research Techniques
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and meet sales objectives
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience in the hospitality, events, or tourism industry is an added advantage
