Role Description
The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building client relationships, and reaching sales targets. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to meet growth objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring active participation in corporate networking events, client meetings, and on-ground interactions to ensure high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience and success in achieving revenue targets in the hospitality, luxury, or tourism sectors
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development
- Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and sales forecast planning
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and clients
- Ability to build collaborative cross-departmental relationships and manage a dynamic team
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- An understanding of the Bengaluru hospitality market and local client base is imperative.
