Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at The Den, Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will identify and develop leads, build relationships with clients, manage sales activities, and ensure revenue growth through strategic planning. The role includes achieving sales targets, offering tailored solutions catering to corporate and leisure travel clients, and collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and create strategies to maximize revenue within the competitive hospitality market of Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management within the hospitality or related industry
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru hospitality market is an advantage
- Present or Previous experience in Sales for Luxury Hotels is imperative. Sales resources from other industries will not qualify
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
