Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Srinagar. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing corporate and individual sales initiatives, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior customer service. The role also involves overseeing pricing strategies and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Demonstrated skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Engagement
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Reporting, and Revenue Forecasting
- Proficiency in Marketing, Pricing Strategy, and Cross-Team Collaboration
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and local market dynamics is preferred
