Experience: 2+ Years in Sales / Field Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Marketing
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
CTC: 3.00 LPA to 5.00 LPA+ Incentives + Other Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team
- Generate new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Guide team members and improve performance
- Conduct market visits and client meetings
- Prepare sales reports and follow-up with customers
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing
