Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the insurance sales team
- Achieve sales targets and business growth goals
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales advisors
- Build strong customer and partner relationships
- Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
- Develop sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in any industry.
- 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
