We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve business targets, and drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation
- 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle team and pressure
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
