We are looking for Sales Managers in Ranchi - Dhanbad who are ready to start soon. This is a full-time field sales role with a fixed salary and good monthly incentives.
Position : Sales Manager
Location : Ranchi - Dhanbad
Salary : 3.45 LPA + Monthly Incentives
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Spend your working hours in the field meeting real customers in Angul
- Understand what each customer wants and guide them to the right product
- Grow your lead base through daily interactions and referrals
- Keep your daily activity report updated and submitted on time
- Work seriously toward your monthly target and never let it slip
- Maintain a positive and professional manner with all customers
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing
- Should be from Angul or residing nearby - Mandatory requirement
- All sales industry backgrounds considered
- Good Odia or Hindi communication
- Responsible, consistent and results-driven
