We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Min. 2+ Years Exp. in Field Sales & Marketing
- CTC: 3.45 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
- Must be a local Candidate
