Job Role: Sales Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: Up to 4.25 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet potential customers in the field.
- Promote & sell BFSI Products.
- Build and lead your own sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales & team targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- 1+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
