Job Role: Sales Manager
Experience: 1+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: 4.00 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Etawah, Basti, Allahabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Sales Officer will be responsible for business development, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
- This role requires field exposure, strong persuasion skills, and commitment to meeting sales performance benchmarks.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
- Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Compensation up to 3.45 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
