Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include managing the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data to drive insights, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role involves collaborating with other departments to create effective sales strategies and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication
- Proficiency in Sales Forecasting, Performance Analysis, and Market Research
- Experience in Team Leadership, Training, and Performance Management
- Solid understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus
