Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position based in Hyderabad. As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales initiatives, develop and implement effective business strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, overseeing customer engagement, analyzing market trends, and creating opportunities to expand the company’s reach. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services while representing TaurianMPS in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development experience within the industrial or manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Experience in client relationship management and after-sales support
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed
  • Prior experience in the crushing and screening or mining industry is a plus
