Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kanpur. The Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to penetrate the market, and providing exceptional support to clients. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of business goals and contribute to the company's success.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strategic thinking and experience in market penetration strategies
- Team management and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Proven experience in financial services or a relevant industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
